From Monday 1st July, the BDA's second "Package Funding Window" officially opened for 2 months until 31st August. Following on from the hugely successful March 2013 Package window, which saw over 100 successful funding applications across all 3 packages, the 2013 window gives indoor and outdoor clubs alike the chance to secure financial support to assist with their recruitment activities.

It's important to note that all clubs have 12 months from the award of their funding to deliver the stated events within their Package. This means whether you are an indoor club which is open All Year or one which has a September to April Season, this funding window is an opportunity not to be missed.

In addition to the financial support, those clubs who are awarded Package funding will also receive a hosting pack with template posters, data monitoring forms and a hints and tips document which focuses on getting the most out of your recruitment events.

If your club is located within the boundaries of one of the CSP’s listed below, there will be an intensive recruitment and investment programme operating in your area up until 2015 and for this reason the Package scheme will not be available to clubs within these CSP areas until 1st April 2015.

 • Active Essex
 • Active Sussex
 • Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Sport
 • Wesport
