Ties at weekends shall not commence before 9 a.m. Ties in mid-week shall be arranged to commence at a stipulated time between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. other than by mutual agreement.  Teams unable to commence play within 30 minutes of the stipulated time shall forfeit the game. An opponent who finds that because of another National Championship he is unable to accept either date offered by the Challenger may apply to the ACS to arrange an alternative date. The adjudication of the ACS in the event of dispute shall be final.
