Sports Performance & Development Process - to create a continuous Performance Pathway: from FOUNDATIONS (Getting Started) to PARTICIPATION (Keep Playing) to PERFORMANCE (Getting Better) to EXCELLENCE (Being the Best) Young people and Sport - to create an effective link between Youngsters, Schools, Indoor Bowling Clubs and other interested Organisations. Education and Training - to provide an Information Service for Players, covering such topics as Coaching, Umpiring, Drugs Policy, Sports Psychology. Facilities - an Information Service for Member Clubs & Counties, in addition to Developers of New/Improved Indoor Bowling facilities. Marketing - to encourage participation and increase the Membership of our Member Clubs. Management, Administration & Finance - to ensure that the Association has systems that reflect the needs of the Sport and have the ability to move with the times. Sports Equity - the Associations "Equal Opportunities Policy", encouraging all people, regardless of Age, Gender, Disability, Creed and Ethnic Origin to participate and to develop their potential within our Sport.
