The English Indoor Bowling Association and
Disability Bowls England expand their Partnership
The English Indoor Bowling Association (EIBA) and
Disability Bowls England (DBE), who have for several years worked
together to develop the sport of Indoor Bowls at grassroots level,
are pleased to announce an expansion of their partnership to include
competitive bowls.
During the EIBA's 2021-2022 Winter
National Finals at Nottingham IBC in April 2022 the finals of the
DBE Classified and Unclassified Pairs & Triples along with the
annual North v South Challenge Shield will take place.
The full
schedule of the National Championships will be published shortly.
Both the EIBA and DBE see this as a great step forward for both
organisations as they ensure bowls becomes fully inclusive at all
levels whilst being an excellent showcase that bowls is a sport for
all.
