Nominations are now open for the annual Community Sport and Recreation Awards.The Sport and Recreation Alliance has announced nominations for the 2023 Community Sport and Recreation Awards are now live. The Awards programme has been running for more than 25 years, celebrating the full breadth and power of sport and recreation, from rowing projects and rugby clubs to inclusive sport charities and climbing centres.Submitting an entry is simple and free, and we are keen to hear about projects and initiatives that work with people of all ages, abilities and backgrounds. The eight categories that featured in the Community Sport and Recreation Awards 2022 are returning for 2023, with each winning project picking up a £1,000 prize at our awards ceremony next year - location and date to be confirmed soon.
