ELIZABETH SHIPLEY'S ROAD TO THE COMMONWEALTH GAMES - 30.04.2026
In three short months, Elizabeth Shipley will be going for gold in the
Glasgow Commonwealth Games as a director to visually impaired
international Sally Ann Lewis Wall. After a volunteering role at the
Birmingham Games four years ago, it's a dream come true for the
26-year-old from Hinckley.

EIBA Additional Competition Information
After the trial of
re-spots in the Summer National Competitions in 2025, and to help ensure
that all ends are completed in Individual and Team Competitions all
2026/27 Winter National Competitions will see re-spots being used.
Following a one-year trial, and if deemed successful, the use of
re-spots will become the norm for all EIBA Summer and Winter National
Competitions from the 2027/28 season.
